Purificator 18" x 11.5", 100% Premium Belgian Linen, Mitered Corners, Embroidered Red Cross, Hemstitch Detailing
Our Purificators are crafted from the finest Belgian linen, sourced from long-fiber flax grown in ideal northern climates. The fabric is bright optic white with a luxurious 116 threads per inch, offering strength, stability, and a beautifully smooth finish. Cut on the grain and precisely squared, these purificators fold crisply and lend visual order and dignity to the liturgy. Mitered corners, a classic budded red cross, and tasteful hemstitch edging complete the traditional design.
Produced by the St. Martha’s Guild, an apostolate of the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius, these purificators were developed at the request of priests seeking a dignified, reliable alternative to the mass-produced, inferior linens common today. Unlike many linens, manufactured overseas from synthetic blends, ours are sewn with care in our Chicago atelier by guild members dedicated to serving the Mass with their skill and devotion.
We have worked to keep our linens as economical as possible while preserving the traditional beauty and quality details found in our hand-stitched linens.
